Company History – Dial Interactive, Inc. (“DI”) was founded by Don Sutton and Phil Grosdidier in 2001. Don and Phil are active in the firm performing the Chief Systems and Solution Architects roles. All DI personnel have 20+ years of telecommunications, consulting and technology experience.
Donald Sutton CEO / Chief Systems Architects – has an extensive background in computer and management systems, telecommunications, direct marketing, customer service centers and accounting. Don is a recognized leader in contact centers, has co-founded two successful voice response service companies (NetbyTel and Phone Interactive) and has a BBA degree from Florida Atlantic University and majored in Accounting and Finance.

Phil Grosdidier President /Chief Solution Architects – Phil is a veteran of the telecommunications industry and has extensive experience in voice and data networking, contact center processes and technologies, and self-service technologies (CTI, IVR, WEB). Prior to Dial Interactive, Phil held senior management positions with NetEffect Corporation and AT&T; including several “start-up” organizations within AT&T. Phil has an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
