CC Anyplace's remote agent capability is a unique combination of existing technology that has widespread acceptance. This approach is unique in the industry and solves most of the issues that prevent widespread rollout of remote agents. CC Anyplace's solution utilizes common browser technology that can run on any operating system. This keeps the implementation costs to a minimum as the customer does not have to purchase hardware and software for remote agents. Most agents can avoid having to purchase any computer components by re-using the home internet service already installed in a large percentage of homes. The other main component of DI's remote agent solution is a phone connection. This does not have to be any special type of phone connection. A normal home telephone line or even a cellular phone account will work with our solution. No special telephone is needed.

Utilizing widespread technology does not mean that DI's solution is lacking in features. Just the opposite is true. Remote agents will enjoy all the normal call center capabilities such as advanced routing and automatic screen pops. CC Anyplace's remote agent solution is a full featured yet simple application of available technologies. The product utilizes the available mix of technology currently in place at an agent's home. The only requirement is a standard telephone connection. If data access is needed we add the additional requirement of an Internet Browser connection. THAT'S IT!!! A simple phone connection with dial-up access; (even a cell phone would work) and an optional Internet Browser connection.
