IPT Contact Center Account Manager (PDF) - DI has an immediate opening for an IP Telephony (IPT) Account Manager (AM) who will be responsible for sales of IP Telephony and IP Contact Center solutions including planning, design and pricing. The IPT Account Manager will analyze customer's business needs and design solutions utilizing the Cisco IPCC product suite and DI-customized CTI products and business services.  The candidate will need to understand, develop, and deliver voice and data networking systems/solutions.  At higher levels, the IPT AM will assume a leadership role in analyzing customer requirements and providing voice/data networking technical knowledge and expertise to design and implement solutions.

Business Development Manager (PDF) - DI is expanding the Business Solutions practice and is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager.  You will be responsible for driving the sales of complex business solutions.  You will be the primary driver for the entire sales cycle, from account mapping through approach, qualification, pursuit, propose and close. Solutions include, but are not limited to Contact Centers, E-commerce, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Wide Infrastructure (i.e. Cisco), Custom Application Integration, Knowledge Management and ERP.

Channel Development Manager (PDF) Channel Sales Manager is a field-based sales position calling on IPT vendors and the Cisco Account Team.  Primary responsibilities include the proactive identification of prospective customers, requirements definition, product demonstrations, proposals and contract negotiations for select major accounts in the respective regional boundaries.  Additional responsibilities include recruitment, signing and managing of the sales activities of reseller organizations with respect to DI's products. Must be accustomed to heavy prospecting, be able to develop and implement a strategic territory sales plan to accommodate personal and corporate revenue targets and aggressively support and manage all stages of the sales cycle.  Position includes directing, evaluating, measuring, reviewing Channel Partner's forecasting activities and sales performance to goals and analyzing sales statistics to formulate plans and actions to assist Channel Partners in promoting DI sales

Contact Center Architect IPCC (PDF) - Cisco Engineer with contact center experience needed!  The ideal candidate will have a traditional contact center background (Nortel, Avaya or Lucent) who then migrated into Cisco IP Contact Center technology.  An extensive Cisco background is required and certification is a plus.  This position will start right away for the qualified candidate.

IP IVR Engineer (PDF) - We are currently looking for an individual with Avaya Conversant and Cisco IP-IVR /ICM skills. The person should also have experience as a technical lead and telephony architect, preferably working with a multi-site contact center environment.

Report Writing Specialist SQL (PDF) - DI is in need of a consultant with: strong SQL Server Database, SQL query skills, and Data Schema knowledge of Cisco, SQL Server/SQL or Transactional SQL experience (Views/Stored procedures etc) and experience utilizing Seagate Crystal Reports (version 7.0 or later). Working Knowledge of or experience with the Cisco IPCC data structure and reporting using Sybase Infomaker is beneficial.
