Phil Grosdidier Chief Solution Architect (PDF)

In addition to Dial Interactive, Mr. Grosdidier is a veteran of the telecommunications industry and has extensive experience in voice and data networking, contact center processes and technologies, and self-service technologies (CTI, IVR, WEB).  Prior to Dial Interactive, Mr. Grosdidier held senior management positions with NetEffect Corporation and AT&T; including several "start-up" organizations within AT&T.  He has an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.

 

Donald Sutton Chief System Architect  (PDF)

In addition to Dial Interactive, Mr. Sutton has 20 years of experience in computer and management systems.  Mr. Sutton has an extensive background in telecommunications, direct marketing, and customer service centers.  He is a recognized leader in contact centers and has co-founded two successful voice response service companies (NetbyTel and Phone Interactive).  Mr. Sutton holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
