History – Dial Interactive, Inc. (“DI”) was founded by Don Sutton and Phil Grosdidier in 2001. Don and Phil are the Managing Partners and Chief Solution Architects. All DI personnel have 20+ years of telecommunications, consulting and technology experience.
Locations – DI is incorporated in Georgia. DI has an office in Kansas and Fort Lauderdale. Our team work from remote home offices and will come to you. We reach our clients nationwide.
Services – DI provides US-based customer service center technical consulting to two channels; Indirect (Business Partners) and Direct (end-customers). The Indirect channel includes leading telecommunications and technology business partners and service providers. The Direct channel includes Fortune 2000 clients.
