Company History - Dial Interactive, Inc. (“DI”) was founded by Don Sutton and Phil Grosdidier in 2001. Don and Phil are the Managing Partners and Chief Solution Architects. Vickie Mabarak is the Director of Sales, Marketing and Quality. All DI personnel have 20+ years of telecommunications, consulting and technology experience.

Donald Sutton - has an extensive background in computer and management systems, telecommunications, direct marketing, customer service centers and accounting. Don is a recognized leader in contact centers, has co-founded two successful voice response service companies (NetbyTel and Phone Interactive) and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Phil Grosdidier Phil is a veteran of the telecommunications industry and has extensive experience in voice and data networking, contact center processes and technologies, and self-service technologies (CTI, IVR, WEB). Prior to Dial Interactive, Phil held senior management positions with NetEffect Corporation and AT&T; including several "start-up" organizations within AT&T. Phil has an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Locations - DI has its headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is incorporated in Georgia. All DI personnel work from remote home offices. Independent Consultants/Contractors who work with DI to provide consulting services also work from remote home offices.
Services – DI provides US-based contact center business and complex technical consulting services to two channels; Indirect (Business Partners) and Direct (end-customers). The Indirect channel includes leading telecommunications and technology business partners and service providers. The Direct channel includes Fortune 200 to Fortune 1000 clients.
